Momchil Radev has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Park Lane Developments, he held key positions at LIDL Bulgaria, including Expansion Manager, Property Manager, and Acquisitions Manager, where he gained extensive expertise. During his tenure, he managed projects for new store constructions and renovations, further strengthening his industry knowledge.
Prior to that, he spent four years at Euro Alliance Engineering, a construction company involved in major infrastructure projects in both Bulgaria and Germany.
Momchil holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the Agricultural University of Plovdiv.
