Dr. Christo Iliev, MRICS
Mr. Iliev, an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in investments and real estate, is the founder and owner of AG Capital. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, OPM from Harvard Business School, PhD in Economics and Management in Real Estate, CIPS and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Member of the Advisory Council of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and its vice chairman between 2014 to 2016. Mr. Iliev is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Endeavor Bulgaria, a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Family Business Association (FBN) in Bulgaria for two consecutive terms between 2009-2014, and an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Mauritius in Bulgaria. Some other prominent positions he holds today include memberships in Harvard Club Bulgaria, Bulgaria City Club London, Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Tanya Kosseva-Boshova
Tanya Kosseva-Boshova has over 20 years of experience on the commercial property market in South East Europe. She is founder and Chair-Person of the Association of Commercial Building Owners in Bulgaria. www.acbo.bg.
Mrs Kosseva acted as partner and managing director of the largest and most successful property companies in Bulgaria – Colliers International, European Trade Center and Landmark Property Management.
Tanya Kosseva-Boshova graduated the American University in Bulgaria with honors with double major in Applied Economics and Business Administration.

Dimitar Savov, MRICS
Mr. Savov’s career path went through various executive positions in AG Capital`s group of companies prior to joining Park Lane Development`s team: Finance Manager of Address Real Estate, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Address Invest, CEO and Managing Partner of BLD since 2006, and AG Capital’s Member of the Board. His primary objective is to establish and retain BLD as the leading residential development brand in Bulgaria. Mr. Savov holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna. He was also AG Capital’s CEO of the year in 2016.

Albena Petrova
Albena Petrova has more than 20 years of experience in project development – construction and/or project management of office, commercial and residential buildings and complexes. She worked for eight years, including as managing director for Lindner Bulgaria Ltd. – a German Construction Company, subsidiary of Lindner AG that developed and built the largest Business Park in Bulgaria with TBA 200,000 sq.m. – Business Park Sofia. Other employments: Raiffeisen Property Management Bulgaria EOOD and European Trade Centre Jsc.
Mrs. Petrova has graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia. She has a diploma in “Law” from the Institute for Post Graduated Qualification c/o the University of National and World Economics.
Kalina Ivanova

Kalina Ivanova
Kalina Ivanova has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, she was leasing manager at European Trade Center /one of the most successful and largest modern office projects in Bulgaria with GLA of 66 000 sqm/ and was part of the team of Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment management company.
Kalina holds a Master`s degree in Business Economics from the University of National and World Economy.
Nevena Beshkova

Nevena Beshkova
Nevena has more than 20 years of professional experience in the area of contractual, corporate and commercial law, real estate and civil procedure. In the past 12 years she focused her work on commercial retail, construction matters and litigation.
Before joining Park Lane Development, she was part of the team of one of the shopping malls in Sofia – Bulgaria Mall. She also had experience as a legal consultant for Festa Holding, for a Spanish law firm that operated in Bulgaria, and for Georgiev, Roussinov & Co, lawyer’s partnership.
Nevena holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Sofia University. She has also attended trainings and post-graduation courses. Recently she took park in a specialized training in arbitration law held by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Nevena is a member of Sofia Bar Association since 2004.
Nikolay Lozev

Nikolay Lozev
Nikolay has more than 6 years of experience in the field of finance, data modelling and accounting. Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, he was part of AG Capital team where he built a solid foundation.
As a senior member of Park Lane Developments, Nikolay supports the management team with financial analysis and modelling, data processing, market research and accounting services.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia. Nikolay has completed many trainings and post graduate courses, including the Credential of Business Readiness (CORe) program from Harvard Business School.
Valentin Zhelyazkov

Valentin Zhelyazkov
Valentin Zhelyazkov has more than 30 years professional experience in the construction and management of complex commercial developments. He led the redevelopment of Polygraphia Office Center, a 35,000 sq. m class A office complex.
Before that, he had been actively involved in the construction of numerous projects of BLD /Bulgarian Land Development/, a residential development company at the AG Capital group of firms. Before joining AG Capital, 12 years ago, Mr. Zhelyazkov has worked for one of the largest construction companies in Bulgaria – Glavbolgarstroy as Head of Tenders Department and chief engineer of several large-scale construction projects in Bulgaria, Russia and Kazahstan. Mr. Zhelyazkov is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Sofia.

Plamen Ivanov
Plamen Ivanov has more than 15 years of experience in the field of heating, ventilation, A/C systems, water supply, gasification, energy saving technologies, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. His previous experience includes working for PSG JSCo (a leading construction company) as Manager of technical services department and Board member. He took an active role in setting up the A/C system of Polygraphia Office Center /a 35,000 sq. m. class A office complex/.
Mr Ivanov is a member of the Chamber of Installation Specialists in Bulgaria.

Stanislav Petrov
Stanislav Petrov has over 25 years of experience in setting up electrical systems and installations of industrial, administrative and residential buildings.
Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, he worked as electrical engineer, designer and consultant at leading construction companies. Among the largest projects Mr Petrov was in charge of are big shopping centres, office buildings, bank offices and storage premises in Bulgaria and Greece.
Stanislav Petrov holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical university of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Ivan Tzonev
Ivan Tzonev has more than 20 years of experience in construction and project management of office, commercial and residential buildings and complexes.
His previous experience includes working for Lindner Bulgaria Ltd. – a German Construction Company, subsidiary of Lindner AG; Landmark Property Management AD (a full-service provider in the field of asset and facility management), City Home Park EOOD (construction and investment company), Praktiker Retail EOOD.
Mr Tzonev has graduated as an Industrial and Civil Engineer from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.

Valentin Rosu has over 15 years of experience in the construction field, spanning both the retail and logistics markets. Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, Valentin was part of CTP, one of the largest and most active developers of industrial and logistics space in CEE, where he acted as Construction Director and Board Member for Romania. He has also worked at Kaufland for 9 years, being involved in the construction and development of the company’s retail network.
Valentin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economical Engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

Dobromir Rusev
Dobromir has over 10 years of experience in construction management of commercial, residential, infrastructure and industrial projects. His expertise is in public procurement, site supervision and project management.
Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, Dobromir was a project manager with City Home Park, a construction and investment company, for six years, where he oversaw cost control, project schedules, quality control, client negotiations and subcontractor management.
Dobromir holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Luben Karavelov Higher School of Civil Engineering in Sofia.
Veselin Antov

Veselin Antov
Veselin has over 10 years of experience in construction management of infrastructure and industrial projects.
Previously, he was a project manager at Strabag EAD, an Austran construction company, for five years, where he led the overall project construction process, oversaw supplier and subcontractor negotiations. Prior to Strabag EAD, he worked for PORR Bulgaria, also an Austrian construction company, and MIKS Construction Ltd., serving as a project manager.
Veselin holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from the Technical University in Vienna. He has also graduated as a Transportation Engineer from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.

Tatyana Avdzhieva
Tatyana has over 20 years of experience in cost estimation of construction projects, participation in tender procedures for public procurements, negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, she worked for Strabag EAD, an Austran construction company and took participation in major projects in hydrotechnical construction, mining industry, construction of public and office buildings. Prior to Strabag EAD, she worked in a construction and investment company focused on high -quality residential buildings Injenerconsult Ltd and as inspector in State department of national building control.
Tatyana holds a master’s degree in water supply and Sewage Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.
Anton Gotsev

Anton Gotsev
Anton Gotsev brings 20 years of professional experience in the construction of residential and public buildings. Before joining Park Lane Developments, he was a project manager at Strabag EAD, an international construction company in the Building Construction sector. There, he oversaw the entire process of constructing a luxury complex of single-family homes.
Throughout his career, Anton has successfully led numerous residential and public projects, including hotels, stadiums, sports complexes, a seaport, schools, and kindergartens.
Anton holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Higher School of Civil Engineering “Lyuben Karavelov” in Sofia, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, and a Master’s degree in Finance.
