Before joining the Park Lane team, Liviu was an Expansion Project Manager at LIDL Romania, where he led the regional expansion strategy. His role involved identifying new locations, negotiating land deals, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. He also worked closely with local authorities to secure permits and ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget.
Liviu holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Danubius University in Galați, Romania.
