Tanya Kosseva-Boshova presented the award in the Innovations in Business Processes and Operations category during the 2019 SEE Innovation, Technology and Sourcing summit.

The Bulgarian Outsourcing Association (BAA) and the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM) give away for the fourth time their annual awards for success in innovation, high technology and outsourcing. Technological axes were presented in Plovdiv on 17 May, during the first South East European Regional Forum in favor of the technological and innovation sector and a high level of innovation. Tanya Kosseva-Boshova, Chairperson of the Association of Business Owners Association, presented the award to Andon Simeonov, Manager of SoftSurve Bulgaria. The jury has identified the winner in the category of innovations in Business Processes and Operations SoftSurve Bulgaria for the Abiliton Metrics Solution, which merges data from different sources into one platform and provides statistical and graphical information on all processes.
