Estrea Park Nadezhda

Estrea Park Nadezhda is located in the “Copper Factory” area and will feature 13 000 sqm of retail space.

Bulgarian supermarket chain Fantastico will serve as the anchor retailer, constructing a new 4 000 sqm supermarket.

Visitors will have access to more than 20 stores across various categories, including fashion, home goods, electronics, a drug store, a pet store, and others, alongside a fitness center and restaurants.

The park will be built with sustainability in mind, and the developers aim to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” certification for buildings in operation.

Construction of Estrea Park Nadezhda is expected to begin in Q3 of 2025.
