Estrea Retail Park Opens in the “Hadzhi Dimitar” District with a Wide Range of Shopping Amenities

Sofia, September 24, 2026 – Today, Estrea Park opened its doors in the “Hadzhi Dimitar” district, a retail park with a friendly, green, aesthetically pleasing environment offering every convenience for shoppers. On September 26 and 27, Family Days with games and prizes will take place at the complex.

The retail park opens its door with 100% retail spaces let.

Green, Fast, Convenient

Built with care for the environment, Estrea Park is located at 7A Rezbarska Street  offers 22 stores and over 300 landscaped parking spaces, tall trees in designated green zones, EV charging stations and bicycle racks.

Estrea Park Hadzhi Dimitar features a spacious food court with terrace on the 1st floor, offering a variety of dining options and a coffee shop. The space provides a pleasant setting to spend time with family and friends.

Lidl, the largest fast-moving consume    r goods retailer in Bulgaria, is a key tenant at Estrea Park. In addition, the project’s location right next to a Kaufland supermarket gives visitors an even wider choice of products and conveniences for their everyday needs.

According to a GfK Bulgaria survey, over 243,000 people across more than 107,000 households live within a 10-minute drive of the park. Estrea Park is designed for certification under the BREEAM In-Use standard with an “Excellent” rating.

Estrea Park Hadzhi Dimitar is the first joint project between the Bulgarian company Park Lane Developments (part of AG Capital group), the Belgian fund manager Mitiska REIM – a leading European investor specialized  in retail real estate – and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The fund is the first international investor in the Bulgarian retail park market.

Construction of Estrea Park Hadzhi Dimitar began in mid-2025. The project was designed by architectural studio Planning, while VIArchitects completed the food court interior and the façade details. General contractor of the project is Cordeel Bulgaria.
