Teodora has over seven years of professional experience in asset management and leasing support.
Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, she worked at one of Bulgaria’s leading banks, where she managed repossessed assets and supported sales and leasing activities, tenant coordination, reporting, and various internal projects.
As a Leasing Coordinator at Park Lane Developments, Teodora supports the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant communication, coordination of lease documentation, and internal workflow management.
