Kameliya has more than eight years of professional experience in commercial, corporate, real estate and banking law. She began her career in general legal services and later specialized in international legal affairs, before shifting her focus to lease, construction and real estate contracts.
Before joining Park Lane Development, she spent eight years at First Investment Bank (Fibank), one of Bulgaria’s leading banks, advising all directorates of the Bank — first within General Legal Services, and subsequently within International Legal Affairs, where she worked with foreign correspondent banks, EU regulations and international agreements, including double taxation treaties.
As Legal Counsel at Park Lane Development, Kameliya provides day-to-day legal advice to the group’s companies, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease, construction and real estate contracts, while also supporting corporate governance, corporate documentation and compliance matters, including data protection and AML.
Kameliya holds a Master’s Degree in Law from New Bulgarian University, along with a minor degree in Psychology. She has also completed specialized courses in corporate and commercial law and in fintech law and policy.
