The retail parks concept focuses on creating convenient shopping destinations in densely populated residential areas. These parks feature easy access, free parking and a variety of retailers – a grocery store, pet shop, drug store, pharmacy, optics, toys, bookstore, fashion, accessories, shoes, sporting goods, electronics, home décor, fitness center, dining options, and many more. Designed with environmental sustainability in mind, they include greenery, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle stands.
The project in the “Nadezhda” district is expected to open during Q2 of 2026.
